At artiflow.ai, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and issued for purchases made on our platform. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms described below.
1. General Policy
All products and services offered by artiflow.ai are digital and typically accessible immediately upon purchase. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all sales are generally considered final. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will work to find a fair resolution where warranted.
2. Eligible Refund Circumstances
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Technical failure: The product or service was inaccessible or non-functional due to a verified issue on our end that could not be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate charge: You were billed more than once for the same product or subscription within the same billing period.
- Unauthorized transaction: A purchase was made on your account without your knowledge or consent, subject to investigation and verification by our team.
- Subscription cancellation: For monthly or annual plans, a pro-rated refund may be issued for unused time if a cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of the billing date.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase or no longer wish to use the service.
- You failed to cancel a subscription before the auto-renewal date.
- The product was used, features were accessed, or credits were fully or partially redeemed.
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- The purchase involved a non-refundable add-on, one-time credit pack, or promotional item explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
4. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals
4.1 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings and cancelling before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period. Cancellations can be made at any time directly from your account settings.
4.2 Refunds on Renewals
Refunds for charges incurred on auto-renewal dates are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually. We encourage customers to cancel in advance if they do not intend to continue their subscription.
5. Free Trials
If you sign up for a free trial and do not cancel before the trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable rate. Charges incurred after a free trial expires are generally non-refundable unless a billing error occurred.
6. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, contact our support team at support@artiflow.ai with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
- Your order ID or transaction reference number.
- The date of purchase and the product or subscription involved.
- A clear description of the reason for your refund request.
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 to 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be made back to the original payment method used by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider without first contacting artiflow.ai to resolve the matter, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution of the dispute. We strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team before pursuing a chargeback, as we are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and efficiently.
8. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time from their Artiflow.ai account settings or by contacting us at contact@artiflow.ai.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already made. Because Artiflow.ai provides digital services and credits that may be activated immediately after purchase, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy.
If a refund is approved, it will be made back to the original payment method used by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.
For one-time credit purchases, cancellation is not available once credits have been delivered or used, unless required by applicable law or approved by Artiflow FZE.
9. Changes to This Policy
artiflow.ai reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
